Conroy Construction, founded in 1978 and incorporated in 2001, is licensed in both general engineering and general building contracting. Our primary business focus is commercial construction and custom residential homes. We have completed many projects in Butte County and the surrounding areas.

Pat is the President and CEO of Conroy Construction and a third-generation general contractor. He attended Chico State University and graduated from Sacramento State University with a degree in Construction Engineering.
One of Pat’s first projects in Chico was the UV Polydiagnostic Lab, followed by the Enloe Heliport in 1982. His relationship with Enloe has continued under (5) differing administrations, for whom he has completed dozens of varying projects and continues to do so. Pat also has many other repeat clients for new commercial and residential projects. Pat was awarded “Builder of the Year” in 2004 by his peers in the Building Industry Association (BIA), and served as Chairman in 2006 and 2007. In 2018, Pat was awarded the Community Service Award by the Chico Rotary Club, of which he’s been a longstanding member and has served on their board. He served as a director for the Chico High School Sports Booster Club for seven years and continues to serve as a liaison and volunteer for the Construction Management program of Chico State University. In 2009, Pat was amongst the first ever inductees into Chico State University’s Construction Management honor society. He is a founding board member of the Chico Building Association (CBA) and still sits on their board. Pat was also awarded the Community Service Award by the Chico Chamber of Commerce in 2016, “For exemplary service to the Chico community”. He has served as a volunteer and mentor for the past several decades to many charitable organizations in the community which he still does to this day.
